PEACH BREAD
Not normally a fan of bread with fruit, but I had to do something with the mass of peaches falling from my tree. This recipe came from allrecipes.com. I had expected to give most of it away, but to my surprise, I had peach bread for dinner! 3 slices! Warm right out of the oven, good crust, moist interior with cream cheese on top. And I remembered to take my enzyme to process the dairy!
